We’ll provide you a full refund if you cancel within 30 days. If you cancel after 30 days, we’ll pro-rate your refund based on how much time has passed since your Protection Plan purchase.
Exceptions to this refund policy can be made if it is determined that the Protection Plan was offered for an item ineligible for coverage, or on an item that has a pre-existing condition. Please contact us by phone if you believe you qualify for an exception.
